APPEALS COMMITTEE FOR RESTRUCTURING/ RESCHEDULING

We have established an Appeals Committee, in light of the Central Bank of Cyprus’ Code of Conduct for the Handling of Borrowers in financial difficulty. If you have grounds and standing to an Appeal, you may complete the ‘Appeals Application’ form and submit it to appeals@skycac.com Your Appeal cannot be processed unless all required information is provided. You shall be informed within 21 days from receipt of the Appeal.
